Cancellation Policy

If cancellation or rescheduling is necessary, please give us 48 hours notice. There will be a cancelation charge of Two Hundred Dollars ($200) if shoots are not canceled with in 48 hours of the scheduled time.

Photo and Video Usage Terms and Conditions – Hereon referred to as the “work(s)”

All works produced for the client may be used by the current listing agent for all marketing associated with the current sale of the property in accordance with local MLS rules. Please note that the work will be copyrighted by NVMedia and a license granted only to the seller or agent and NOT to any third party. If any of the work is posted on the local MLS, real estate website, or any other website, the person/persons hiring NVMedia shall be solely responsible for their content, and shall hold NVMedia harmless for any possible claims, damages, or lawsuits arising from use of any such works that may contain alterations done for cosmetic appearance improvement. NVMedia will NOT alter photos or video to misrepresent the property.

Any Builder, Contractor, Interior Designer, Home Stager, Architect who purchases the services of NVMedia may use the work for a limited time for marketing their own services provided proper credit is given to NVMedia. These works may NOT be shared with any third parties such as subcontractors.

Please note the works will be copyrighted by NVMedia and a license granted only to the owner (the purchaser of our services) and NOT to any third party. Any unauthorized usage of the work by a third party, including but not limited to Realtors, Architects, Builders, Stagers, Designers, Landscapers, Sellers or Buyers is prohibited unless approved in writing by NVMedia. Violation of this provision constitutes a violation of U.S. Federal copyright laws and may be subject to the offending party/parties to legal action. NVMedia’s minimum fee for unauthorized use is Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) per image. The offending party may incur further monetary damages.

All work used must either: 1) the copyright watermark on the work or, 2) credit must be acknowledged on the site/webpage/print media in which the work(s) are used. Violation of this constitutes copyright infringement and is subject to Federal Laws.

Scheduling

Please contact us via telephone (808-298-6428) no less than 24 hours before your preferred shoot time. The shoot will take between 1 and 3 hours. Most homes can be shot in 3 hours, although some shoots may take longer.

Payment

An invoice will be sent via email within 24 hours of the final shoot.  Finished images and/or video will not be released until the invoice is paid in full.  NVMedia accepts Visa, Mastercard, checks, and cash.

The Shoot

The homeowner or someone authorized by the homeowner (the agent) should be present at the shoot to give access to the home and to discuss any special considerations such as what should be included or excluded in shots. Our goal at the shoot is to provide quality work that include a exterior and all the major rooms. Powder rooms, small bathrooms, utility rooms or garages are not a shooting priority unless you give us direction otherwise.

Pets

Please make sure pets are contained during the shoot. Pets are never included in photos and need to be out of the way during the shoot. Thank you.
