We had a pretty good sized swell come in on Friday, and the regular spots were super crowded, so we snuck away to a more secret location. It was firing! Here is some video. I was riding the 2013 Airush Converse 5’11″ Active board, and flying the 2013 Lithium 7m kite. This was shot with the CamRig line mount and the GoPro Hero3 Black.

SIC hired us to shoot some aerial video of the top 5 SUP racers in the world.  We jumped on the chance to shoot some great footage of amazing athletes in one of the most beautiful places in the world.  They needed footage to play at their display booth at the Outdoor Retail Show and at the Surf Expo in Florida.

We travelled to Johnson’s Valley off road park this last weekend to flight test some new aircraft that we will be adding to our fleet.  We are building and testing a new long range, heavy lifting hexacopter platform that runs high voltage systems for longer flight times and heavier payloads.  It weighs over 12lbs ready to fly, plus camera payload, and can fly for a sustained 22 minutes of forward flight or hovering.

The General Car Insurance company wanted some fresh ideas for their commercials, so we pitched them the idea of having the general flying his ultralight airplane around.  The producer loved the idea and we went into production weeks later.

I had the opportunity to get a few clips of Pierre on his newly designed Alpha Race Series 12’6″ SUP from Coreban USA.  We only had an hour, but we managed to get some great high frame rate, slow motion clips, along with testing a lightweight foam drone airplane.
